No Carb BREAD:
2 eggs
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
2 (generous) tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tspn baking powder
OPTIONAL:
1/2 cup blueberries
2 strawberries
1 baby carrot
2" piece of banana
1/4 tspn chlorella
1 tbsp chia seeds
OTHER IDEAS:
matcha (not for kids because of caffeine), dried dates/friuts, cacao nibs, etc.
